30-Day Refund Policy
For any reason, undamaged products can be fully refunded within 30 days after the delivery date to the shipping address. Once the item is returned to our warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.
Refund Process
- Contact [email protected] for a refund.
- Shopmyderivatives support will reply within one working day.
- After reaching an agreement, you will be given the required information (such as a refund address).
- Return the products.
- After the goods are received, Shopmyderivatives will arrange a refund within 3 working days.
Notes
-Items should be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered to be eligible for returns/exchanges.
-Returns must include all accessories;
– Items must include original packaging;
– For warranty claims not related to product quality, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs;
– For warranty claims related to product quality, shopmyderivatives will refund the full cost of the product.
– If the product does not meet the requirements above, the return request may be rejected.
Important Notice
- Please do not send your return to the sender’s address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. You should only send it to the address on the shipping label we provide even if you are using your own shipping.
- Please make sure you don’t include non-shopmyderivatives-items by accident in your return package. We will not be responsible for sending back those items to you.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 3 days after we receive your package. The refund will be issued to your original payment account, as per your request.
- The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.
- Refund requests for the 30-day return policy expire 30 days after the warranty claim is made. For non-quality related issues with expired warranties, returns will not be processed.
Looking to Exchange?
Should you wish to Exchange an item you received due to issues with wrong color or quality, this can be arranged by simply following our Return procedures and specifying “Exchange” as your “Desired Resolution”.
Do note that Exchanges are an alternative resolution for Returns and are bound by the same guidelines and limitations.

If you don’t receive our Customer Service team’s response for an extended period of time (24 hours on weekdays, 48 hours on weekend), please check your Contact email’s Spam folder. Our emails may have been filtered incorrectly by your email server/provider.
